Catalyze B.V. is strongly committed to protecting personal data of everyone in our community. This privacy statement explains how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal data, and provides information on your individual rights, and how to exercise these individual rights.
Personal data we process
When you sign up for one of our services or complete a contact or registration form on our website, we may ask for personal information.

When personal data is submitted through a contact form, a designated Catalyze employee is assigned to follow up with the individual. The personal data is then securely stored and managed within Catalyze’s approved systems, Salesforce and Pardot.

Upon visiting the website, users automatically receive a cookie notification. Through the site’s cookie management tool, users may choose to accept or decline the use of cookies at any time.
Within the EU We do not share personal data with parties located outside the European Union.
Minors Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

- Legal authorities, but only when required by law or legal obligation

Catalyze responds to individual privacy rights requests and complaints within one month of receipt. This period may be extended by up to two additional months for complex or multiple requests, in which case the individual will be informed of the delay and the reasons for it within the initial one-month period.
The Data Protection Officer, in collaboration with the company’s Legal and Contract Manager, reviews each request or complaint, verifies the individual’s identity, and ensures that an appropriate response is provided within the legally required timeframe. The individual will be informed of the outcome within a reasonable period, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
In case of a complaint, you may also refer your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
